Team Startup
Workshop
1-2 Days
Face-to-Face
Workshop Description
Building a strong, cohesive team is essential for success, especially when a team is starting up or has a change in its composition of people. A team startup workshop is the perfect opportunity to break the ice, foster trust, and establish open lines of communication from day one. By engaging in collaborative activities, team members can discover each other’s strengths, build camaraderie, and align around shared goals. This workshop helps create a foundation of mutual respect and understanding, leading to improved collaboration, creativity, and productivity. Investing in team building early not only sets the tone for a positive work environment but also accelerates your team’s journey to achieving great results together.
The workshop includes Everything DiSC Workplace®. Everything DiSC Workplace® is a classroom training and personalized learning experience that can benefit every person in the organization—regardless of title or position, department or function—in building more productive and effective relationships at work. It teaches participants to understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace. With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace. Each participant will complete an assessment prior to the workshop. Your facilitator will provide the reports, as well as a Group Culture Report that helps the team understand themselves as a whole.
We recommend that you maximize the effectiveness of your new project or initiative launch by combining the Project Inception Workshop with our Team Startup Workshop.
