The International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) was established by a group of community experts to “change the way people do agile by helping them become agile.” Their foundation lies on the promotion of the agile mindset instead of a specific agile methodology or framework to allow for true flexibility in an organization’s application of agile practices. With an agile mindset, organizations can better prepare themselves for the uncertainty of today’s competition and achieve a sustainable, agile way of working.
ICAgile offers three Learning Programs: Leading Change, Value Delivery, and Organizitational Enablement. Within Learning Programs are learning tracks. Each learning track is formed around a discipline and offers both Professional and Expert level certifications. Unlike most industry certifications, all ICAgile acheivements are by the verification of knowledge through an in-class or panel assessment instead of testing.

ICP Certification
Agile Fundamentals Course
Considered the “gateway” to ICAgile’s product and technical certifications, the Agile Fundamentals certification is intended for practitioners who are new to agility and interested in developing an agile mindset.
ICP is the foundation certification for ICAgile’s Value Delivery Learning Program and is recommended for people new to the agile environment. Our Agile Fundamentals course is accredited to provide the ICP certification.
ICP-AHR Certification
Agile for HR Course
The Agility in HR certification was designed for people in HR positions – those hiring and managing an organization’s talent. Participants will come away with the knowledge necessary to tackle new ways of thinking and working equipped with people engagement practices that are more humanistic and values-based.
ICP-AHR is part of the Agile HR Track, which is one of three tracks in the Organizational Enablement Learning Program. Our Agile for HR course is accredited to provide the ICP-AHR certification.
ICP-APO Certification
Product Owner Fundamentals for Business Value Course
The Agile Product Ownership certification focuses on understanding customer needs to effectively deliver valuable products and services. It applies key agile practices such as prioritization and planning.
ICP-APO is part of the ICAgile Product Management Track, which is one of five tracks in the Value Delivery Learning Program. Our Product Owner Fundamentals for Business Value course is accredited to provide the ICP-APO certification
ICP-ATF Certification
Agile Teams Facilitation Course
The Agile Team Facilitation certification focuses on the mindset and role of an agile team facilitator, while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes.
ICP-ATF is part of the Agile Team Coaching Track, which is one of three tracks in the Leading Change Learning Program. Our Agile Teams Facilitation course is accredited to provide the ICP-ATF certification.
ICP-ACC Certification
Agile Teams Coaching Course
The Agile Coaching certification focuses on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. After finishing the certification, the learner will be able to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching and teaching, and will also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an agile team.
ICP-ACC is part of the Agile Team Coaching Track, which is one of three tracks in the Leading Change Learning Program. Our Agile Teams Coaching course is accredited to provide the ICP-ACC certification.
