Leveraging the Context Data Flow Diagram

Scope creep is a project killer.  One way to help prevent scope creep is to clearly document your project’s scope at the onset.  A valuable tool for defining and communicating scope that we teach in our Essential Skills for Business Analysis class is the Context Data Flow Diagram.
